Degree Course Council Meetings

The Degree Program Council is composed of the teaching staff responsible for the courses and the elected student representatives. The Degree Program Council is convened by the Coordinator via email notification sent at least five days before the meeting date. An exception is represented by ad horas convocations, which may be sent to Council members only a few hours in advance when justified by urgent necessity, such as the need to approve key documents within a strict deadline or to deliberate on urgent matters falling within the Council’s responsibilities. The minutes of the Degree Program Council meetings may be made available to the individual applicant., upon request sent via e-mail to the course Coordinator
